You agree to use Sophia responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Using the platform to make unsolicited calls that violate applicable telecommunications laws is not permitted.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, and technology of Sophia are the property of Sophia AI. Data you upload to the platform remains your property.
5. Limitation of liability
Sophia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific sales results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
